Provider Services Representative

Job Description

Provider Services Representatives are responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with network providers throughout New York City by conducting provider education on the Plan’s policies and procedures; assisting with claims resolution, contracting new providers; conducting access and availability surveys and collecting and documenting credentialing information.

Qualifications

BA plus two (2) years of Provider Services experience in a health care setting required. Three (3) to four (4) years sales experience in health care, preferred. Managed Medicaid experience a plus. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a Plus.
