Member Services Representative

Job Description

Assists in the overall department planning, day-to-day outreach and support to members including member orientations, monthly health/educational forums, phone support, and retention efforts. Develops member materials and ensures documentation of all member contacts, referrals and follow up.

Qualifications

2 years managed care member services or HIV/AIDS care/case management experience. Excellent communication skills with strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. Attention to detail, able to work on a team, and computer skills are a must. High school diploma required/college degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
