Corporate Compliance Coordinator

Job Description

  • Assist the CEO and Compliance Officer with the development, oversight and monitoring of the corporate compliance program within the organization
  • Administer, develop and conduct corporate compliance training program
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews and monitor issues identified as significant audit risk areas
  • Review and update of the organization’s corporate compliance program and manual, for regulatory and organizational changes
  • Prepare compliance reports and certifications required under regulatory and program requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus
  • Five plus years experience in corporate compliance; health care experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to corporate compliance (ie. HIPAA, OMIG, NYSDOH)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
