Job Description
- Assist the CEO and Compliance Officer with the development, oversight and monitoring of the corporate compliance program within the organization
- Administer, develop and conduct corporate compliance training program
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and monitor issues identified as significant audit risk areas
- Review and update of the organization’s corporate compliance program and manual, for regulatory and organizational changes
- Prepare compliance reports and certifications required under regulatory and program requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus
- Five plus years experience in corporate compliance; health care experience a plus
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to corporate compliance (ie. HIPAA, OMIG, NYSDOH)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
