Enrollment Specialists are responsible for face to face marketing interactions with potential enrollees for the purposes of providing education and completing enrollment applications. Enrollment Specialists are key members of the marketing department team of professionals who care deeply about our members.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong work ethic, energetic, punctual, reliable, and willing to travel to Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn sites. Attention to detail, able to work on a team, and basic computer skills are a must. High school diploma/GED required/college degree preferred. Prior experience working with non profit organizations is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
