Remembering Jeffrey Feliz-Ybes, Amida Care Community Health Outreach Worker

We are heartbroken that Jeffrey Feliz-Ybes, an Amida Care member and Community Health Outreach Worker passed away this month. He was a tireless warrior, devoted to his work at Amida Care and in the community. He was proud to share his journey, and we are grateful for all he shared and his commitment to the communities we serve.
