Healthy Rewards Program

As a member of the Amida Care Live Life Plus Medicaid plan, you are eligible to earn Healthy Rewards. Healthy Rewards dollars are earned by completing medical appointments/ screenings and meeting certain health goals. Your rewards will be credited to your Amida Care Healthy Rewards Visa®Prepaid Card as you earn them, so be sure to SAVE YOUR CARD when you receive it! Now, you can get updates about your Healthy Rewards on the new My Amida Care app.

Amida Care offers two different types of member Healthy Rewards programs:

Live Well

Earn up to $125 per year for preventive health care visits and screenings. Learn More

Live Undetectable

If you are HIV-positive, earn up to $400 per year by getting and staying undetectable (virally suppressed). Learn More
