We congratulate Chantal Innocent for being recognized by Crain’s as a Notable Human Resources Leader for 2022

Chantal oversees all aspects of employee relations, including hiring and promotions, benefits, and employee wellness and training. She creates and leads committees at the organization, including those dedicated to wellness, diversity and inclusion, and “Fun At Work.”

As Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience, she also co-chairs our Racial Equity and Inclusion Work Group, which has accomplished key goals as part of its three-year strategic plan. The goals include a revised tuition reimbursement policy, a pay-equity study, enhanced candidate selection strategies and career advancement opportunities.
