Amida Care applauds New York City Council Speaker Corey Johnson, Council Finance Chair Daniel Dromm, Council Health Chair Mark Levine, and the entire New York City Council for passing a budget that prioritizes the health and well-being of LGBTQ communities–particularly transgender and gender non-conforming New Yorkers–and efforts to end the HIV epidemic in New York once and for all.
