In honor of HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day, Amida Care, NMAC and Latino Commission on AIDS are hosting a virtual community forum.
The event celebrates the legacy of long-term survivors in influencing HIV policy, health and social services, and community care, to recharge activists in continuing the fight for the health of communities impacted by HIV.
HIV long-term survivors, community leaders, and healthcare experts will discuss the impacts of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and Medicaid/ Medicare, while addressing the current challenges facing our community and envisioning an inclusive, supportive future for all people aging with HIV.
